Microsoft 365 Architect

Design and strategy for the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem — from licensing strategy and tenant configuration to implementation of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID. This role suits organisations undergoing digital transformation or those needing a clear roadmap for their M365 environment that is compatible with Microsoft 365 Copilot.

SharePoint Architect

In-depth architectural expertise for SharePoint — both classic SharePoint Server and modern SharePoint Online. Includes hub design, site architecture, permission models, migration strategies, and integrations with Microsoft Teams and the Power Platform.

Information Architect

Design of information structures that make data findable, manageable, and access-controlled. Focus on taxonomy, metadata models, content types, managed metadata, and search configuration — with the goal of delivering the right information to the right person at the right time, and working well with Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Solution Architect (Microsoft Cloud)

An end-to-end perspective on solution design across Microsoft’s cloud platform. The role spans Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365, ensuring that architectural decisions are cohesive, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Governance Architect

Design and implementation of governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 — governing Teams, SharePoint, groups, and licences. Includes lifecycle management, policy design, automated processes, and training to keep the environment under control in the long run.

Security & Compliance Architect

Security architecture focused on identity, access, and data protection in the Microsoft environment. Includes Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, and regulatory compliance work such as GDPR and NIS2.

Suitable Engagement Lengths

Role assignments are best suited for engagements of at least six months, but can be adapted to the nature of the project and the organisation’s needs. Assignments can be on-site in the Greater Gothenburg region or fully remote.
